We are seeking a dynamic and insightful Quantitative Associate Director specialising in Global Trackers. The Role

As the Quantitative Associate Director for Global Trackers, you'll play a vital role in driving our global tracking studies, delivering robust and actionable insights that help shape our clients' strategic directions. This position demands a combination of analytical acumen, innovative thinking, and a seasoned track record in managing complex research projects across various international markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership in the design, execution, and analysis of global tracking studies
  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, actionable insights to guide client decision-making
  • Maintaining and expanding client relationships through exceptional service and strategic insight
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance the overall efficiency of research projects
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and developments to continuously improve tracking methodologies and offerings
  • Mentorship of junior staff, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in quantitative market research working in a Market Research agency, with a strong focus on global tracking studies
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data sets into strategic insights
  • Strong client-facing experience, with a track record of growing accounts and forging long-term client relationships
  • Experience managing international research projects and teams
  • A collaborative spirit, capable of working effectively across different cultures and disciplines
  • A dedication to innovation and quality in all aspects of research
  • Right to work in the UK is a must. Applicants should be based in the UK with a valid working permit/visa.
